Simply, increase the HP/MP bonus to 5/2 respectively for level 30. The only reason I suggest this is because it results in clean, round numbers at max level (75/50 without skills affecting HP/MP), though since maxing out is a big event that's given a global announcement, you could also say it's a nice reward for reaching the endgame. But mostly because the uneven numbers bug me to no end.

This would have to be a B5 change but it is a cool idea and the non-round numbers are annoying.
