Currently Energize grants 1/10th of the XP that healing HP would. Even ignoring the MP cost, this makes it a pretty inefficient way of gaining XP. This is surely intended to some extent since being below max MP is much more common than being below max HP, but I think it's a bit too steep of a multiplier. Doubling the XP gain (to 1/5th) would make it marginally more useful for leveling up.

Absolve Suffering also grants paltry XP, which is extra insulting due to how situational it is. Increasing XP for Minor Poison to 3 and 5 for other negative status effects across the board would be more fair. Additionally, I think the skill should also be able to remove the Twitchy status (gained from pills and tasers), granting 1XP.

There is actually a pending change for the next round of updates that does the first thing. The main reason why Energize XP is so low is because of the concern that two players with Energize would grind XP super fast by tossing the same pile of XP back and forth, but we are putting in a separate countermeasure to that.

Thematically, Absolve is about removing demon-specific debuffs, which is why it doesn't remove Twitchy and Conduit debuffs. There are B5 changes that will make it more broadly applicable - for the Advocate at least.
