Used a Bone Leech to heal Minor Poison while I was over the HP cap due to Bloodlust. It resulted in the following message:

- You heal yourself and gain -9 hit points. You now have 166 hit points. (2021-01-15 14:19:57).

This is deliberate, but self-healing should really just have zero HP effect if you're over max.
