I'm not sure this is a bug, maybe just a weird confluence of intended behaviors that causes problems at odd times.
https://www.nexusclash.com/modules.php?name=Game&op=character&id=9
is an ether stepping VW who walked out onto the water one day and ran out of AP.
Next day, he was still there, still no AP, not drowning. Just stuck.
I get that corner step should cause the levitation and not allow the VW to drown.
Corner stepping does not take any AP or MP to maintain (it's not even a status) so i don't think it should have been consuming the AP as the tick happened.
I guess I understand why AP wouldn't regenerate over water (though I can't find it documented anywhere).
Anyway, this had me on the verge of releasing the character just to get out of there. Finally, on day 3 a shambling (swimbling?) zombie came along and put me out of my misery. |

AP generally doesn't regenerate while a character is swimming; maybe that's the mechanic that was affecting your character.
That said, if a character is stuck in a place where they can't move and can't regenerate AP, the usual fix is to post in Discord or in the Forums about it and ask someone to come kill you (or an admin to smite you). Then it's the usual respawn mechanic and you're back in the game. |

This is an ongoing concern that merits a response. I think we have a working solution in B5 but B4 deserves one. |

A change in the next patch should address these and all similar concerns. |
