The game said I received Vampire Fangs as a reward for throwing away the candy corn, but received nothing. If it matters, was wearing head/face clothing items a the time.

Hey, via Discord this was due to a blank item and has been fixed. If you haven't been granted vampire fangs by the hands of fate, ping Kandarin a PM with your character link and it'll be sorted out.
