Relevant question: You DO lose Morality for attacking Good NPCs, right? The wiki says you lose morality for attacking pets of good characters, but nothing about attacking random creatures.

Solution is simple and 100% based on lore/fluff:

Laurentia and Sewers are battlegrounds in a state of constant "mystical flux", because all Elder Powers have invested their power into shaping it but their influence is more or less balanced... so any action of a Mortal, no matter how small, can break that balance and push a place towards Good, Evil, True Neutral, or any other extreme state.

Meanwhile, both Elysium and Stygia are quite saturated by respective Elder Powers influence, so it would require a really big event to push a place towards opposite Elder Powers, and even then such change would be at most temporary and the place would quickly change back towards its "natural" state.

As for Terra Nullus, I am not sure, but since it seems abandoned by Elder Powers then any attempts to push the balance would have exaclty zero results since there is no balance to push Smile

I'm sorry Badziew but I really don't follow.

Making it so Elysium and Stygia reclaim themselves is not very canon considering that Absolution and the Death Cascade haven't consecrated/desecrated themselves yet. And its also not very exciting since it means even a huge push to take over part of the plane would become wasted effort, which is boring.
As for Terra Nullius, well, it probably won't be in the next breath. But if it was, remember that anywhere that the people in the breath go can become part of the battlefield (Alonai had to kick a few people out of her private realm for this reason), so Terra Nullius could very well become part of the war and eligible for infusion if players decided to go there.

Have you considered allowing killing monsters in the 'outer realms' to allow conter infusion but have that infusion wear off over a few days due to the inherent nature of the realm involved?

Do you think some mobs should give item drops? We already had the candy corn for killing monsters this Halloween, after all.

I made this comment thinking of only getting drops from more boss-like monsters like the Ivory Guardian, but you could allow smaller monsters to drop stuff like crafting components too.

My new Fallen has been dropping MO for shooting the occasional wandering Aethersprite, so yes.

Most of the ideas related to this are genre-busting, some of what's asked for already exists, and we're primarily a PVP game. The underlying concern is a lack of hunting targets and this isn't necessarily the only way to handle that.
