| I had defiler poison and was attacked a few times, but because I was an IB I regenerated to full health. When I tried to cure the poison with a blood ice, a message showed up saying I was at full health and required no medical attention or something like that. So I had to move, lose damage from the poison, and only then cure myself |

| Another person who is defiler poisoned but at full health also cannot be healed; they don't show up on the "Use first aid kit on" dropdown. |

This may depend on the intended purpose of a healing item that removes detrimental effects. Either it's used to heal and/or remove the effect(s), or it's meant to heal and through the act of healing remove the effect(s)...
