Is this how The Police Force at the End of the Universe, a nominally Good faction, is supposed to treat mortal citizens of the Nexus? Especially hard-working clean-up crew?

Is this your official stance towards us, or just an unsupervised initiative of said initiate?

I think that all I can say is that all the leaders in this group are leaders in name only and no one claims any responsibility or accountibility. We just live amongst each other in this world with you and take each passing day as it comes.
As for this initiate, it seems he is no longer on our roster. So, I most definitely would not take that as a faction stance, just a freelancing initiate.
However, I do notice that our motto for the Divine Slayers, listed for public viewing seems to be "Where we slay everything including ourselves!" I'm sure a highly respectable and wise leader said that once before my time.

If we were to judge factions by their public descriptions, we would have already mass-marked all Evil factions as Hostile.
We chose to not do so, but judge factions on their actual actions instead.
Since you confirm that the actions were not mandated by faction leaders, we have decided to not treat the incident as a proof of hostility and thus do not pre-emptively change our stance towards the faction.
Divine Slayers are cool anyways, they're under our implicit protection. Well, when we're not being lazy, or're dealing with some other crisis, like Gurandra having run-out of Red Bull and gone on the warpath.
