So according to Bob's leaked weapons pane (below), weapons will be either active or inactive. Presumably we will no longer be able to simply swap among carried weapons at will, but will have to change which ones are 'active'. (I assume this means, carried and ready, as in so many other games.)
This will be a major change in how weapons work and could have a big impact on folks encountering Nexus Champions with Tattoo of Adaptation. The big question in my mind is whether changing Active weapons will cost AP or just time.
Comments/clarifications, devs/others?

Literally just hides weapons from the combat drop-down. Costs 0 ap to toggle a weapon on or off and is mostly for things like fists/kicks on non-H2H characters or excess spells on a caster.
You can not use the pane and treat things exactly as they are now, or you can deactivate things you don't want cluttering the pane  |
