I am a little confused as to the fact he is still an officer of the EUPD. Can I at least assume he has had an official reprimand attached to his file, as well as the awesome beating from Skull Face?

I see that IA are obviously very backlogged, as corruption is still an issue on the force.
A Red Spy is still an active officer, even after all the police abuse.....he didn't even try to charge me with a crime!
