No. Damage you have prevented is the exact opposite of damage you have taken. If you have soaked damage, by definition you have not taken. _________________

Look at this way. Pretend for a moment that Nexus Clash doesn't have a minimum of 1 damage taken with every attack.
Someone attacks you, but your armor soaks up all the damage and your HP doesn't go down at all. A factionmate asks you, are you ok, did you take any damage? You wouldn't say (I assume), yes, I took some damage just because someone attacked you and you soaked all the damage.
