Well it's a damn good thing Pikanchion didn't self-target last night or we'd have lost.
Remember that part at the start of the game where I PMed everyone? I found the yak. Protected them so he could survive his recruit attempt, and got them to recruit me.
I had suggested Lagn take the safe option and recruit UsernamePending because at least that way if the recruit is prevented the town loses the shrink. I also wanted to avoid a situation where he recruits a shrink who dies visiting granny the same night.
Also had Wozzy pegged for lyncher and knew I was his target. He didn't even really try to hide it, either. Suggested Wozzy be killed so as to avoid accidentally killing a fool which we could still joint with if it came down to it.
I don't understand why Lagn refused to do either of these things, considering that combination of actions from him would put us in a situation where we simply couldn't lose under any circumstances. When I talked to him last night, those exact reasons were why he didn't want to recruit granny. He gave me no comment on why he thought it was a better idea to leave the lyncher who targeted his recruit alive and risk killing the fool. I actually didn't even know he was going to do that. That was a hell of a risk last night. What was the reasoning behind taking the risk over the auto-win scenario?
