Adrenal Healing gives HP for every hit. Does this trigger when hitting doors/glyphs/wards/fortifications?

If so, that can turn into a lovely pile of extra HP for any ward-bashing tank...

EDIT: Also, does the hit have to do damage to trigger the healing?

Doesn't work against doors, haven't tested on glyphs, wards or forts, but I assume it doesn't.

It also doesn't need to do damage to get the healing.
