I tried using the portal at the 2, 37 dark library portal and bending it to Stygia. I had the 3 ap and 5mp needed for the Stygian bend but it said I didn't have enough ap. Only thing I can think is that the 1 ap 10 mp Laurentia jump may have been needed for this as well as the Stygian 3ap 5 mp bend? for a total of 4 ap 15 mp?

Is this a bug or is it accumalative ap / mp to bend to Stygia from this portal

Bending is an additional cost to the normal portal cost.
