Gaps for ease of reading.
Also had this happen during every raid when Wail is used (the main reason for posting) when the AOE attack seems to "phantom hit" faction mates and trigger a response as above.
There was another Lich in the SH that wasn't affected, not sure what his pets were set to Lichen's were set to non-faction. Hope this helps target the bug
