Glad to hear everyone's health is on the rise. It's amazing what modern medicine can handle: very thankful to live at this time and place in history. Our firstborn arrived with an APGAR of "2", which at the time was nothing short of terrifying. Now she's reading well above her age and using "defenestrate" in regular conversation.

Congratulations mate. First child is an amazing thing. Our third had to stay in hospital for an extra 2 weeks due to a serious illness but it's amazing how well they bounce back.
Just don't stress. With your first child the lack of sleep, etc makes it seem like your world has come to an end. By the second you know the drill and the routine and wonder why the first seemed so hard.
