Interface: Exploration Badges Improvement Character Screen

Exploration Badge Improvements:

On the character screen, change the badges earned section to one that can be opened and closed (such as a display/hide earned badges button).

Separate the sections for found and unfound badges, and I'd rather have a vertically long list of badges than a horizontally long list.

Goals:
Reduce clutter when viewing other characters (Have their badge section default to hidden)
Allow players to more quickly determine which exploration badges they have and lack.
Remove horrible-to-read horizontal approach to listing badges.

I think the badges definitely need a tidy-up. The horizontal list format is a pain in the arse and I think exploration and achievement badges should be listed separately for ease of reference.

I'd even go so far as to suggest putting them on a separate tab/page like skills. As for whether the ones not earned yet are shown 'greyed out' will depend on whether the devs intend for them to be kept a mystery but it would be very handy. Also making a note against the achievement badges for the ones that grant CP would be a great reference too.
